Performance Management

Simple management of performance management from Target Setting through to Final Review.

All staff in your school can have a performance review with as few or as many targets as you wish.

Targets should be succinct and clear, but we also provide separate sections to record more detail about anticipated evidence or success criteria as well as any development needs.

Appraiser and Appraisee work jointly on drafting and approving each stage.

While working jointly on each stage, agreement is recorded by the appraisee first and then the appraiser.

Template targets for different staff categories can be created to support consistency.

Staff categories generally have common areas for targets e.g. pupil progress and often these are stated in the same way. STarting with a template saves time and lets the planning discussion focus on constructive areas rather than administrative copying.

Managers can easily track stages of completion to keep the process on track.

Quick filtering of the staff list will show who has agreed targets or completed interim reviews etc and can be sub filtered by staff category.

Managers can change the appraiser if necessary and each review always remains confidential to the appraisee, the current appraiser and managers. Where appropriate, access can be restricted to just the appraisee and appraiser.

Targets can be viewed in bulk (subject to confidentiality restrictions) for quality assurance and training.
