Simple management of self-assessment of professional standards.

All staff in your school can assess themselves against the relevant professional standards. Optionally, they can be assigned an "appraiser" to work with them on this self-review.

Staff also have the option to upload an evidence document for each aspect of the standards for future reference.

School level overview

Managers of the system can see an overview of staff self-assessments which may help them to plan and target relevant professional development.

Managers can change the appraiser if necessary and each review always remains confidential to the appraisee, the current appraiser and managers.
